Almost Wordless Wednesday

On the Divide, winter prevails

At our elevation, there are hints of spring. See the meadow in the foreground.

We're happy to feel the ground under our feet again!

But, beware - winter is returning. A huge snowstorm is predicted for this weekend (hopefully after R is home from his surgery). We'll be back to winter for a while.

  2. Huge storm, huh? I'll have to look at the weather report. I wonder if there will still be snow when we arrive a week from Sunday.

Good luck to R in his surgery!

  5. We sure hope the storm will wait for R to be safely tucked away at home with his loving family. Then you can all get cozy by the fire and relax. We are hearing about three or four days of rain here next rain, maybe from your snowstorm? We could really use the moisture.

  8. I do like the view looking down below, do you have a view like this from your front/back/ upstairs window? Surely you will have real spring days very soon. This morning, a frost that touched all the grass white and like crystals. Magic in a cold morning.
