Wordless Wednesday

A Wyoming forest that burned 1 year ago but has a wildflower garden on its floor

An area of lush vegetation and a beautiful galloping dog!

A good reminder that the earth renews itself... YAM xx

  2. It could not be better than this ...

  3. While it will take years for trees to regain their foothold in the forest, the grasses and wildflowers will be spectacularly gorgeous. Nature tries hard to restore itself.

  4. The fire is ugly but the regrowth is beautiful!

  5. My very favorite is when the fireweed grow in a burned area.

  6. It is so nice to see the flowers battle back to bring some beauty to the burned area. And oh yes, that dog sure is a Beauty!!!

  7. Preety indeed, especially sweet Shyla!

  8. That gives hope for all the land/forest lost this year!

  9. It's always amazing how nature recovers quickly from fires and storms...

  10. So sad when forests burn, but it is uplifting to know nature fights back.

  11. Nice to know there is beautiful regrowth

  12. So very pretty. Mom didn't get out to Colorado this summer to visit the grandpeeps as her Dad has been doing poorly so she saved her time off for him. They ccan still talk and do skype and stuffs but she misses how pretty it is this time of year.
