Some of the lakes even had flowers growing on the water! That was a treat to see.
Shyla and I did a fun combination of swimming in lakes and playing in wildflowers.
The combination of rich red Indian Paintbrush and Purple Lupines captured my attention.
This combination looked like an Independence Day display!
I tried and tried to get aerial footage the meadows bursting with wildflowers. It took some practice but I eventually captured some video that I liked enough to share. I hope that you enjoy it!
once my art techer said purple and red is NO match... it is... she should see your photo, ha!
ReplyDeleteThat video is so wonderful and the beautiful wildflowers and music are so relaxing! Hey sweet Shyla, that's some darn good whiffing girl!
ReplyDeleteAcres and acres of beautiful wildflowers! Mom happens to think that purple and red is a stunning combination!
ReplyDeleteMagnificent! Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteI have never seen fields of flwoers like these, so beautiful and I love the way the drone makes it look like waves of green and flowers. the tall pointed trees are so amazing to me. Shyla looks as good wet as she does dry
ReplyDeleteI love wild flowers, and it's look you had them in abundance. Beautiful!

Shyla looks SO happy at that lakeshore! I want to come join her.
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed at how many wild flowers you find to show us. Shyla sure looks happy to play among the posies.
ReplyDeleteShyla my friend...OMCs when we saw your sniffin' photo both of us turned our heads up to see if we could capture a whiff....darling photo.
ReplyDeleteThe video (how did you do that) took our breath away. WOW....it is the true meaning of the word Awesome, which is used incorrectly in today's world.

Playing in the wildflowers sounds amazing! The video is incredible and lovely. Did you use a drone camera?
ReplyDeleteYes, I used a drone camera! I tend to think of a drone as simply a "flying camera".
DeleteYou go to the most beautiful places in the world. I love the flower that matches Shyla's eyes
ReplyDeleteYour wildflowers are truly 'wagnificent.'
ReplyDeleteSuperb drone video, and I see a lot of very dry soil in so many places, and one tall spire in the group of trees? A bare trunk, or aerial? Colours together, a wonderful combination for a quilt.
ReplyDeleteGreat video! And lovely sweet dog.
ReplyDeleteI feel so very relaxed now! Such a lovely group of wildflowers!
ReplyDeleteThe video was beautiful - made us almost feel like we were there. And how we LOVE that first photo!!!
ReplyDeleteThe video was just beautiful!!

Lilypad flowers are always pretty on a lake, but they do kind of make a mess if you are trying to use a boat. Pretty flowers.
ReplyDeleteOh so much beauty! And beautiful Shyla!
