Almost Wordless Wednesday - Sandstone Castles in the Desert

At sunset in the desert, there's a hidden expanse of slickrock where we love to relax. In the distance, we can see K's Rock - which looks like a series of red rock castles from this angle. Sights like this one take my breath away.

  1. It takes my breath away too. Wish I could see it in person.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week. Scritches to the pups. ♥

  2. Hari OM
    Earth's magnificence... YAM xx

  3. Beautiful too and I bet very healing for body mind and soul

  4. Nature sure created such special spots-no wonder you enjoy visiting them.

  5. Absolutely stunning! Have you noticed the most beautiful places in our world tend to be where the fewest people live.

  6. it looks great... a little like caramel ice cream ;O)

  7. The color change on the rock layers is fascinating.
