Sweet Sunday

It is a Sweet Sunday despite everything. Painful neck, radiating arm pain, an unrelenting cough - but it is a glorious and sunny Sunday.

Sunrise light is the sweetest light of all. I love having Shyla to share it with.

Frost on a geranium leaf at sunrise. The time when the sun shines on a frosty leaf but the frost hasn't yet melted is so fleeting.

Leaf shadows on Shyla's face. I appreciate those shadows because the leaves will soon be on the ground.

R, the big brother, looking serious. He was actually staring at a squirrel that he was about to chase although he'd prefer you to think that he was pondering the meaning of life.

Spotted leaves in the sunshine. I love this time of year, and I don't want it to fade.
Our world overflowed with beauty today. It suckered me in, making me briefly forget that I wasn't feeling good. I let myself try to do a longer bike ride than I should have. I limped home (with the help of a friend) but most of the ride was gorgeous!

  10. My Vickie wants to know if your human ever takes it easy? You two are the most active teams that we know of. But it works out good for us cause we get to see so much of your area.

My MOM has been sick for two weeks and is just now starting to feel better. The cough, oh that has been the worst. Healing vibes being sent your way.
