No words needed, indeed! I love R, but I must say that it really fills my heart with happiness to see K out and about again. She's growing stronger by the day!

Breathtaking pictures.
ReplyDeleteGosh, I wonder what K is thinking looking out over the world like that.
K looks so proud and so thrilled to be back up there. And R, look at you all balanced with four feet on that small pedestal - great job.

As soon as we saw those pictures, my mom started singing some ancient song that goes:
ReplyDelete"I'm on the top of the world
Looking down on creation!"
Yeah, she's weird. But it kinda fits, don't you think?

Everyone else has already said it eloquently but I'll say it again - Wonderful photos ! Don't think Lowland dogs would willingly venture quite that high off the ground .
ReplyDeleteLike everyone else...I think your photos are extraordinary!
ReplyDeletestunning. but ok: are you using a technique on K's photos or is that just normal shooting (natural lighting technique?) her coat looks burnt chocolate now... (in a good way!)
ReplyDeleteHmmmmm... I think you have the opening scenes for an incredible modern day Lassie(s) movie. Not kidding! That's immediately where my mind went :)
ReplyDeleteWaggin at ya,
Roo
Breathtaking pictures KB! K looks wonderful!

MAXMOM IN SOUTH AFRICA
(I however picture scenes from "The Lion King")
Wild Dingo: I'm not "touching up" the lighting or coloring in the photos. I think that the color of K's fur changes with the outdoor light, depending on whether the sun is low, high, it's cloudy, or what. In fact, I have a very hard time getting good photos of either dog when it's cloudy. One thing has changed in the past 2 months - I have a new camera, and it seems to depict colors more brilliantly than my previous one.
ReplyDeleteWow - spectacular! Just awesome to see K on her favorite gigantic rock! That photo is superlative! And the ones of R are very special too! And the skies and... and...
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous - thank you for sharing!
Big Hugs xoxoxo
