Love that reflection in R's eyes...and the waxwings. It seems they are rare to sight here in NY as well...
AMAZING. Yes, I love Reflections, and the sunrise pics are great but wow, that is a great shot of the cyote. (man I can never spell coyote, dang it, who do you spell it)Bert
Waxwings! I don't think I've ever seen them. Both R and Shyla's eyes - wonderful!
I am just hypnotized by that last picture of R! Wow! I bow to your photographic prowess!
Beautiful photos; and, the eyes say so much!!
I loved looking at all these beautiful photos. I'll have to look up Bohemian Waxwings. We have Cedar Waxwings. I didn't see my first one until I was in my 40s. They are so beautiful.
I love R's beautiful eyes!
Beautiful. Is that a wolf or coyote?Benny & Lily
Beautiful KB! And, we love your Waxwings. They are so graceful looking. We get them here in FL and the last time I saw them, they were in a tree in a very busy shopping plaza. There had to have been at least 100 of them in the tree. And I didn't have my camera.....Of course, we love your beautiful crew too. That "playing" picture made me laugh. Thanks for your kind words for Lily. We're on to our second dose of med's and off to bed. No need to tell you about long days.Hugs,Kim
7F = to -16C. very cold.No wonder they have such thick dense coats. A lens on loan, is that next on the shopping list, super reflection photo, and stunning birds , all truly beautiful. Cheers from Jean
Awwww-my favorite is the last one of sweet R :)

I love all the pictures today. How cool that you caught the coyote in a play bow.Cindy
We get Cedar Waxwings at spring migration when they come and eat all the tiny crabapples off our tree (the birds don't touch them until they sit all winter long, then when spring comes they are ready!)There are hundreds of them!I love Rs crazy eyes too. He is a beauty like his new sis is.Jo, Stella and Zkhat

All the photos are great, but that last photo is just stunning. Love the coyote play bow too - what fun to see a wild animal in that familiar pose. That is one healthy looking coyote. The ones we see around here look so scrawny!
