Black and White Sunday: Lazing in the Sun

Snoozing atop Hug Hill...

In the next photo, I tried a trick that I've seen my friend from Tales and Tails do. It's pretty dramatic to keep the bright eye color of Shyla when the rest of the picture is black and white!
By the way, her newest trick, taught with a clicker, is to rest her snout on the ground or on her paw(s). You can see it in both photos.

    Love the sleepy eyes in the first photo. I think I look like that right now, but on the couch. I'd rather be on a "Hug Hill" but it is almost a blizzard of snow outside and MOM has to go back to church, so no Hug Hill for the Goose today. MOM would love to do the color eye thing, but can't figure it out how to do it.

    I have a tattoo sleeve like this. The whole thing is black and white except the eyes of the lion... they are green. Absolutely stunning concept... in both photography on Shyla.. and my sleeve. :)

    There is an app in the iTunes store called ColorSplash that you can do this to your pictures, it's pretty neat, and free!
