Thankful Thursday - For the Stars Above

Events this summer have made me slow down and feel gratitude for the simple things - like the fact that places dark enough to see the Milky Way still exist.
I took this image in a clearing within a towering pine forest high in the Rocky Mountains.

Thank you, Milky Way, for being so glorious.

  10. to see the stars on a clear night, no pollution or city lights to blur the Milky Way, that is what can lift our hearts. Hugs from a wet morning down here. And on Tv, I just heard there is possible snow on both North and South Island,
