The other morning, Shyla sat on a boulder with me around sunrise. She leaped up effortlessly, while I clambered like an uncoordinated human.
After I carefully climbed down, stumbling just a little, I asked Shyla to join me on the ground. Watching her navigate the boulders with effortless grace awed me.
I wish that I had one iota of her physical ability.
Shyla shows absolutely no sign of fear when she's bounding through the mountains!
That, together with her incredibly sweet personality, make her the perfect dog for me!
She is the perfect dog for you, and you are the perfect person for her!
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous! I'm jealous of her agility, too! :D
ReplyDeleteI echo Kim's words totally, graceful, love in her heart and eyes, you are both blessed to have each other. Hugs. Jean.
ReplyDeleteYou and Shyla together are the most perfect team, KB!
ReplyDeleteBOL! You humans only have to control two feet while we have to coordinate four....and you still have trouble.
ReplyDeleteWe are always amazed as Shyla's beauty and your photography!
ReplyDeleteShe's so pretty!
ReplyDeletePretty good team, I'd say :)
ReplyDeleteWe doggies get together and make jokes about awkward hoomans!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,

Oh, Lord! I'm such a klutz that Shyla would be miserable with me. I'm so glad you have one another. I'm in awe.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely. I totally agree with Kim - you are the perfect human for Shyla.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes, Melon
I always wish I had my dogs confidence.

Like they say,
ReplyDelete"She's the best thing sense sliced bread was invented".
Shyla is growing up and there is no doubt she is loved.

I thought the same thing watching my Mabel Lou!
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking of these pictures. Poetry in motion is the perfect description. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I would love to be able to hop and jump around like her as well. Instead I feel I'm getting stiffer by the minute.
