Fortunately, Labs aren't bothered by cold water. The lake was fed by melting snow fields (from last winter)! It was at 12'000 feet (I'm too tired to figure out what that is in meters!).

Yes, the lake is still fed by melting snow, even this late in the year!!!! She stayed in the water only for a short time!
