Wordless Wednesday - Galloping through Rainbows

Both photos are from late in the day at our favorite campsite in the San Juan Mountains. It had rained that day but suddenly the sun shined and rainbows appeared!
A double rainbow - what does it mean?

Galloping through the rainbow arch

P.S. We had a quiet night last night with no visits by the monster. Hopefully, that will be the norm. Thanks for all the good thoughts and wishes.

  1. I think Shyla is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

  2. Hopefully those amazing rainbows are good luck charms for Shyla. They almost look like they were painted into the landscape:)

  3. You are beautiful sweet Shyla! Glad the monster stayed away.

  4. WoooHoooo! That is so beautiful! Go get those treaties at the end of that rainbow gurl!

pees: sooooo glad that evil monster stayed away!!!!!

  5. Oh the beautiful rainbows,, and Shyla running through them! So glad for a quiet night!

  6. That is just stunning! Glad Shyla had a good night.

  7. And thank you for these stunning photos!

  8. I have never seen the bottom of a rainbow. A rainbow is a sign from your angels that they are thinking of you at the Bridge. Let's pray to keep the monster away

  9. So sorry about the seizures. And you are so right. Have it checked out and then live each day thankful for what you have.

  10. In Eastern cultures, the double rainbow is a good sign indeed. It's a symbol of transformation and good fortune. The first rainbow represents the material world and the second represents the spiritual world. Seeing one helps to align your outer world with your inner spirit.

    1. What a wonderful way to think of a double rainbow. Now I know what it means.

  11. glad the night was a quiet one - we hope it stays that way

  12. Beautiful picture. I agree with Taryn, Shyla is the treasure at the end of the rainbow.

  13. We had a triple rainbow over here! We hope that ALL nights are quiet!

  14. Beautiful...both the photos and the news of a quiet night for Shyla

  15. We'll take that double rainbow as an omen that the Monster is at bay for awhile!

  16. Did you find a double pot of gold?

    Aroo to you,

  17. Good Luck for sure! Glad you're having peaceful nights now.
