Even after the sun rays kiss the world, it is still so cold.
In my mind, the blue in the last photo shows how cold it is. But, the warm hue of Shyla shows her big heart warming everyone around her. Thanks again for all the well wishes. We both made strides forward yesterday although there is still a long way to go. Our house is a cacophony of coughing. For me, I really need to be able to return to my normal routine so that my spine stops hurting so much. Being sedentary is awful for it. We must be getting close... Hope springs eternal.
yes you are right the blue shows us that this day is a real winters day..
ReplyDeleteLove that photo of you, Shyla. You almost look like you're wearing lipstick☺ We hope that you and the Runner feel better soon, KB.
ReplyDeleteI know about the back problems caused by no movement. hope the coughing gets better and you can get back to exercise that helps your spine...
ReplyDeleteThank goodness you and Runner are seeing improvement KB. horrible stuff.
ReplyDeleteI understand about moving...I once read an article by a P.T. she said motion is lotion to the body

The sunrise is just so beautiful. Shyla, you have made our day so much better with that photo of you. The cold winter days can be too much sometimes, but hopefully spring weather will be here soon. Thanks for the share. Have a wonderful upcoming weekend.

ReplyDeleteWow, -7C, and feels so much colder, no wonder the blue tinge is right there.Beautiful early morning colours.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling a bit better. We are still enjoying all the cold and snow we can get. It is so refreshing and invigorating, but not everyone loves the winter. Great photos.

Sunrises and Shyla just go together!
ReplyDeleteSending healing vibes your way!
I can see a motion picture of cold and warmth created by your mind. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteTry 1 drop each of eucalyptus & lemon essential oil in a TBSP of honey. Mix 1/3 of the honey mixture with 1 cup of warm water and drink slowly for the cough. You'll feel better quicker. Sending oodles of poodles of healing energy your way.
