Almost Wordless Wednesday: Golden Tunnels
Until snow started falling recently, our world was a golden wonder land. This photo and the last one were taken inside the "golden tunnels" in the aspen grove I photographed from the air.
My word above what breathtaking photos...I've never seen one quite like the first Golden Tunnel. I heard it was 36 in Denver yesterday...Yikes I bet it was colder in your neck of the beautiful woods Hugs Cecilia
Beautiful. It is awful dreary rainy weather here, but when we come upon a tree with golden leaves, the light does brighten things up for a few steps at least. Love that tunnel.
I was just wondering today how much color we'll see this year, between the defoliation by gypsy moths, the rain that keeps on coming, and the frequent strong winds we've had recently. I think I'll have to get out into the wetlands soon. Thanks for sharing your lovely golden aspens! :)
