I've been watching a colony of tree swallows almost every morning since early May. One pair amuses me endlessly. This post would probably work wordlessly...

She yells at him about something. He looks confused.
He joins in the yelling.
He says, "Sorry honey, but I'm taking off."
He keeps yelling as he flies away!
Of course, most of the time, the pair is like this...

Those swallows are so entertaining. I have a similar sequence of pictures I took many years ago with two of them "shouting" at each other.
