A day in photos

Long legged canine visitor while we slept.

Morning snowbike ride shortly after sunrise.

Chinook wind almost blowing K off her boulder.

Flat tire with a canine guard while I fixed it.

Sunset hike, showing independent R and focused K.

Woo, what a scent.

Crazy ear galloping.

Dignified K.

K takes a bow on a boulder.

K gazes over the magical kingdom at sunset.

  1. Mom and me are a little scared of heights so those boulder pictures make us nervous! K and R sure are brave!

  7. Terrific pictures of all the favorite canines (including the first one). And, R, you crack us up.

  8. That's a nice, clear cayote shot. I love the crazy ear photo of R. His eyes often blend into his black fur, but they really stand out here. When I saw the flat bike tire, I thought every day is an adventure for you. The final outline photo is really nice too. Have a great weekend!! I hope your back is feeling better.

  9. You always capture them so perfectly! K looks less than amused by that wind! R always seems to make me laugh, too!

  12. Loved that picture of R catching a scent. But, my favorite is the one of K looking so dignified. She just looks like a dog with so much soul.

  13. Silhouette of K is magnificent and crazy ears is too funny. Your friends are so expressive and ready for anything, even guarding you while you repair your flat.

  15. I don't think K or R could take a bad photo at all.. I love seeing how happy and free they are.
Balancing on cliffs, and ears blowing in the wind. Taking bows and smiling,,,, what beautys they are.

R and booker are like long lost cousins, i swear. i was laughing over R sniffing the air and ignoring everything else. does he close his eyes when he really gets into it? that's what booker does.

  17. I love that this series of pics really showcases the different personalities of R and K. They're 2 peas in a pod, but so very different it seems :)
